Coaching is a partnership between a coach and client focussed on maximising a client's personal and professional potential. Coaching helps a client understand their internal values and thereby make choices from a place of confident strength. This will transform how you relate to yourself, to those around you, and to your larger purpose in life.

Coaching is not therapy or mentoring. Mentoring is the guidance or direction given by an older person (mentor) to a younger person (mentee) often in the lens of the mentor's personal experience. Therapy provides a safe space for people to understand and explore issues from the past and present such as trauma and depression giving them tools to manage such problems.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A COACHING SESSION?

Each Coaching Session lasts roughly an hour and will be held over Zoom.

Coaching Sessions are arranged at a time and date that suits you, fitted around your work schedule.

Coaching Sessions start with a short catch-up, 40 minutes of coaching and finish with goal setting.

No two Coaching Sessions are the same. Over a series of sessions, we will touch on a broad range of topics from wellbeing to work satisfaction to relationships concentration on areas important to you.

A minimum of 6 Coaching Sessions over a 3-month period helps deliver personal and professional transformation.

I believe coaching is an intrinsic part of leadership. There are "Leaders" and there are"those that lead". Leaders inspire us, we follow them not because we have to but because we want to.

My coaching practice is rooted in a vast body of positive psychology and neuroscientific research. I draw on my unique business, corporate, and health expertise as a Lawyer, Qualified Personal Trainer and Mentor to offer a 360° approach to coaching.

You are at the centre of my coaching practice. All conversations between us are confidential and non-judgmental.

I am a trained Co-active Coach. Co-active Coaching is widely recognised as the industry's most rigorous coach training. I am in the process of completing my final level of coaching certification with the ICF. Unfortunately, many other coaches in the market have not had industry-recognised training, so be careful when selecting your coach!
