6 x 45-minute sessions are held every fortnight over a 3-month period, based around your schedule.
All calls are on Zoom and audio recordings can be shared with you to listen back.
Clear goals are set at the end of each Session to help you move forward.
Ongoing 1-2-1 text and/or email support is provided throughout.
Each Session is £100 – a small price to pay for a long-term investment.
